Deadlines

Once the order is placed and the payment confirmed, we proceed to prepare it, within 24 hours, except Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Delivery is made within 48 to 72 hours (within business days, that is, they do not count on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), depending on the geographical area of ??the peninsula. For the islands and the rest of Europe, the deadlines are longer. THE COMPANY reserves the right to delay orders due to issues outside the company. In any case, THE COMPANY undertakes to shorten the maximum delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are € 6.5 for packages up to 2 kg in peninsular destinations.

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are € 9.5 and for the Canary Islands € 10.50 for packages up to 2 kg.

For rest and Europe, the shipping costs for packages of 2 kg are € 15.

In the case of packages exceeding 2 kg, or other destinations we will contact you to agree on price and delivery terms.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for additional expenses or returns as a result of special taxes at destination, customs or similar.

Returns & Exchanges

THE COMPANY guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

Changes or returns are not allowed except for error made in the order by THE COMPANY, in which case it must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving it and it will be replaced by the correct one as soon as possible.

In the case of receiving a defective product, it will be replaced by another product with the same or similar characteristics (case of kits) or, where appropriate, the refund of the amount provided it has not been used and retains its seal or original packaging

In the case of return, the order must be delivered by the USER together with the delivery note and, if applicable, invoice issued by THE COMPANY, running THE COMPANY with the shipping costs. THE COMPANY will tell you how to proceed in this case.
